An Introduction to Starcraft 2

Starcraft, the hugely successful sci-fi real time strategy game has been overhauled to create a new three part sequel: Starcraft 2. Provisionally named Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void each of these three games continues a story that we can only hope will be worth the long, long wait.

It’s the old Starcraft we all went mad about years ago with the technological improvements of the day. Better graphics, better game play and now an improved multiplayer function that will take your gaming experience to the next level. Pit your skills against players worldwide as one of the three original races, in a never ending battle for your species victory and dominance of the galaxy.

Choose between:

The Terrans, the exiled human races of Earth.

Zerg, insectoids obsessed with expanding their nest and assimilating everyone into their species.

Protoss, the philosophical humanoids with advanced technology and a severe dislike of anyone threatening their distinct way of life.

Campaign with larger armies than ever before as new and exciting character models spice up the troop and set design from the old classic creating depth and adding dimension to each species. Enjoy cut scenes that have been praised for their cinematic quality and clean animation, in game graphics that are set to blow us all to smithereens with how grand they will be. Battle on a scale previously unheard of, with enemies you thought you knew but who have now learnt some new tricks. All we can do is continue to anticipate it’s arrival and hope that all the hype is justified.
